This policy describes how we process personal data for the website https://frami.studio, the Frami application and related services. Company registration details (Companies House / RCS, VAT number, share capital) will be published as soon as they are final.

1. Data we process

Account data (identity, email via Clerk), usage and technical data (logs, IP), content you upload (scripts, images, brands), billing and subscription data together with the phone number collected at checkout (Stripe), and generation-related data (third-party AI providers such as fal.ai when you supply a key).

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the Service and billing: contract / pre-contract measures.
  • Security and product improvement: legitimate interests.
  • Contacting customers by phone to gather product feedback: legitimate interest (you may object at any time, see § 5).
  • Legal compliance (accounting, authority requests): legal obligation.
  • Limited B2B outreach where applicable: legitimate interest or consent.

3. Recipients and transfers

Vendors include Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Convex (realtime backend), Vercel (hosting), analytics (e.g. PostHog) if enabled, and AI providers per your configuration. Some processing may occur outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).

4. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then limited archiving as required by law and dispute resolution.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable) — contact contact@frami.studio. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
